Formed in Texas, based in Vermont, and with experience spanning multiple continents, we're a fully remote firm that can provide flexible support for your global business needs.

Legal Ink is also me, Jeff Adams, founder and principal. A former computer engineer, I’ve practiced law for more than 12 years as a transactional attorney and legal generalist, with a focus on generative AI and machine learning, data protection, intellectual property, open source licensing, contract drafting, and M&A.
